We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase and the above requirements are not satisfied, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure to get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days of receiving the item, and if the requirements of return conditions are satisfied ( check return conditions) and once the return is approved.
You may make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To return your product for refund and exchange you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage of item during shipment. If you are shipping an item over 50$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. A new purchase due to an exchange is eligible for free shipping.
